With proper care this stoneware baking dish should serve you and your guests for years. Here are a few suggestions to help you use and care for it. 

• • • Always place stoneware in a cold oven.
    • Always fill your baking dish-don't use it to heat small portions of food. For best results when roasting meat, chicken or fish, surround the meat  with vegetables and liquid to protect the baking dish from uneven heating. 
    • Never pour liquid into a hot baking dish!
    • Don't use your baking dish to freeze food.
    • This baking dish is intended for oven use only - never place on a hot burner.
    • Microwave safe if filled with food. Use an appropriate power setting.
    • Dishwasher safe.
